Meet Deidre Luzmore, a compassionate and empathic agile and product coach, mentor and advisor, a serial entrepreneur who previously founded a tech startup in South Africa and a considered and creative thinker. Her journey from a tech founder to coaching teams and leaders in varied industries has equipped her with a unique perspective on product development, customer-centricity, and business resilience.
With over 23 years of experience, Deidre has worked with numerous teams in organisations, applying principles of Lean and Agile to drive people and product-focused change.
As an Agile Coach, Deidre has worked closely with teams and leadership fostering team growth and helping individuals reach their full potential.
As a Product Coach, she emphasises a customer-driven approach with rapid iteration, failing fast to achieve market success.
When it comes to product, with her entrepreneurial spirit she is able to guide product teams to define their product strategy, vision as well as development and delivery.
With her reflective nature, she brings a unique perspective to every engagement, helping teams to identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Whether she is coaching, delivering training programs or advising, Deidre's passion for people shines through in everything she does. Her commitment to nurturing individuals and fostering team success has made her a respected and valued member of the Agile and Product community.
Deidre is a skilled and experienced business and agile professional with a strong educational background. She graduated with an Executive MBA from the prestigious HULT International Business School, a respected institution known for its commitment to excellence in business education.
She has also obtained several certifications in Agile methodologies. She is a certified ICAgile Agile Coach and ICAgile Certified Instructor, delivering cutting-edge Agile courses that have helped numerous organisations achieve success. She is a certified Scrum Master and Advanced Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance as well a Kanban Management Professional.
Furthermore, Deidre is a trailblazer in the Agile Mastery community, having been one of the first Licensed Guides from the Agile Mastery Institute (AMI).The AMI is a new initiative led by the acclaimed author of four books on mastery, Geoff Watts, which is disrupting the industry with its innovative approach to agile and product-focused training and certification. Deidre is licensed to train the new Scrum Master Pathway and the Product Mastery Pathway, helping individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential.
Her career is a testament to a lifelong commitment to coaching excellence, product innovation, and leadership development. She is dedicated to guiding teams and organisations to create strategic, and innovative products that delight customers and drive business success.
